Senior Manager (Accounts ,Finance & Banking Operations)

Job Description

Accounts & Finance Operations End-to-end accounting: voucher entry, ledger scrutiny, TDS, GST, trial balance, final accounts, and balance sheet Maintain books of accounts in Tally or ERP Support audits and ensure statutory compliance Banking & Fund Management Handle LCs, BGs, credit limits, OD/CC loans Coordinate with banks for loan proposals, renewals , and fund disbursements Manage daily fund flow, cash flow planning , and MIS reporting Prepare and submit CMA data, stock statements , and financial projections Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with internal teams for budgeting, cost control, and payment planning Negotiate interest rates, bank charges, and monitor utilization of limits Desired Profile: Strong background in accounts and banking operations Experience in construction / infrastructure / mining industry preferred Proficient in Tally, MS Excel , and financial documentation Strong understanding of finance compliance , audit preparation , and regulatory filings Effective communicator with team and external stakeholders Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
