Job Title: Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager – Non-EB Corporate (Self-Sourcing) Location: Ahemadabad / Vadodara Department: Corporate Sales – Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Sales Head Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development for our Non-EB Corporate segment. This role involves direct sourcing and management of corporate clients for non-employee benefits insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through self-sourced leads. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard corporate clients for non-EB products . Independently source leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct detailed needs analysis and present customized solutions to clients. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential business and regularly update CRM systems. Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company guidelines. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and product teams for seamless onboarding. Provide market feedback and insights for product development and improvement. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Proven track record in self-sourcing and closing corporate deals. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
