About the Role As a Senior Manager / AVP in Commercial Real Estate at Altre Gurgaon, you will own key client relationships, lead transaction execution, and support portfolio expansion for enterprises. You'll work alongside leadership to deliver insights, manage teams, and ensure alignment between client goals and Altre’s services. Roles and Responsibilities Assess client requirements and drive engagement from proposal to delivery Manage site visits, financial models, proposals, and deal closures Prepare and present reports on leasing trends, rents, and absorption in Gurgaon Lead team efforts on key accounts and execution mandates Ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction Support internal knowledge sharing and delivery excellence Work closely with enterprise and startup clients Required Experience & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate Excellent client service orientation and communication skills Strong financial acumen and market research capabilities Ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon Why Join Us?
