Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business and achieving the target set by the company. preferably in the field of furniture industry only. Key Responsibilities: Engage with PMC, architects, corporate clients, and key decision-makers to understand their requirements and promote Rockworth s product offerings. Manage and coordinate visits at our experience centre, providing personalized product demonstrations and guided tours. Collaborate closely with internal design and technical teams to develop customized solutions that align with client needs. Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients to foster strong relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Co-ordination with commercial team to ensure timely delivery of material at customer sites, modes of transportation etc. in cost effective manner. Monitoring the projects at the micro level and keep an update on the day to day activities of the branches and the projects in the respective regions Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business expansion. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients. Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and materials that enhance brand awareness and support business development efforts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the furniture or related industries is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results
