Job Description Senior Manager (Civil Infra) Real Estate Project, Binnypet, Bangalore Infrastructure Development & Execution Lead the planning and execution of civil infrastructure works, including roads, drainage, utilities, and external development. Project Management Ensure timely completion of infra works by coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors. Quality & Safety Compliance Enforce adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental norms in all infra activities. Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare budgets, monitor project costs, validate contractor/vendor bills, and optimize expenses. Site Supervision & Troubleshooting Conduct site inspections, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures to avoid delays. Material & Resource Management Oversee procurement planning, inventory management, and material reconciliation. Contract & Documentation Manage contracts, work orders, and ensure proper documentation of all infra-related activities. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with government authorities, utility service providers, and other external agencies for approvals and compliance. Technical Support & Risk Mitigation Provide technical expertise, resolve execution challenges, and mitigate project risks proactively. Reporting & MIS Generate and present regular reports on project progress, cost variations, and compliance updates to senior management.
