Senior Manager - Cluster Head (Gurgaon)

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Data-driven decision-making to solve key seller pain-points at scale with close coordination with product, finance, tech, and product teams. Own the P&L charter of the assigned cluster and take data driven pricing decisions to ensure margins growth along with revenue Manage a team of Key Account managers while providing the best-in-class, experienced, and empathetic customer support and resolutions to their clients. Focus on churn funnel and its reduction, activating zero shippers Effectively communicate the value prop and resulting benefits of core services and cross-sell product suite to their clients. Manage a team of cluster sales managers. Own and hit/exceed the sales target of onboarding SMB Cluster sellers within the assigned territory. Build sales discipline - weekly tracking, pricing/profit/collections, onboarding funnel, etc Accounts growth and churn prevention through control tower facilitated tracking, operations, and interventions. Spot early and build long-lasting relationships with upcoming D2C brands and sellers in the region assigned. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Education: A bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: Should have at least 4+ years of experience. Prior work experience across: Account management/area/territory sales. Preferable Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Process-based approach to solve problems at scale (control tower level tracking, interventions, outcomes). Excellent leadership and team management skills.
