For additional information please visit our website at www.oaktreecapital.com The Senior Manager will be responsible for the operational oversight and maintaining books and records for Oaktree Employee Investment Fund, Long-Term Incentive (LTI), Employee Loan, and Co-investment Program. Responsibilities include: Monitoring and reconciling daily cash and investor capital activity in Employee (Delaware and Cayman) Feeder Funds; Managing daily cash needs, forecasting potential shortfalls due to capital call fundings, and coordinating with Oaktree Treasury to secure funding for Employee Feeder Funds; Coordinating with third-party banking and lender relationships to meet all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines; Supporting the launch of new series under Employee Feeder Funds, including understanding series structures, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Legal, Fund Accounting, Treasury, etc.), overseeing investor onboarding, and reviewing legal documentation for reporting requirements; Preparing quarterly consolidated investment statements for Oaktree employees, including executives and directors; Conducting quarterly reviews of investor capital account statements and analyzing performance metrics; Reviewing monthly audit packages prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, income and expense accruals, and investor allocations; Reviewing and/or preparing quarterly capital activity statements for Oaktree employees and calculating net cash settlements on capital activities between Oaktree and employees on a quarterly basis; Overseeing the review and approval of capital activities, including complex capital calls, distribution allocations, and investor notices; Preparing annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP; Coordinating audits with external auditors; Reviewing the monthly close reports for Oaktree’s Long-Term Incentive Program; Preparing quarter-end preliminary and final deliverables for the Long-Term Incentive Program for Corporate Accounting, Treasury, and Finance; Preparing and analyzing employees’ total assets under management (AUM) and Oaktree executives’ and directors’ capital activities annually for Corporate’s 10K filing/questionnaire; Developing operational checklists and procedural documentation; Proactively identifying and suggesting improvements to streamline workflows and automate manual reporting; Participating in projects and continuous process improvements for key deliverables; and Performing additional tasks and projects as necessary. Qualifications Chartered Accountant certification 8+ years of analytical experience within a professional firm Strong knowledge of reconciliation and account analysis Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Experience with Geneva and/or Geneva World Investor or similar accounting systems is a plus Personal Attributes Relationship Building - Works effectively with strong, diverse teams of people with multiple perspectives, talents, and backgrounds. Ability to elicit cooperation from and gain the confidence of a wide variety of participants including other departments and third-party service providers. Communication - Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
