As the Senior Manager of Email Marketing, you will lead our email marketing strategy to engage our audience, nurture leads, and drive conversions. This role is crucial in delivering impactful, data-driven email campaigns that enhance our brand and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with the companys overall marketing goals. Manage the end-to-end email campaign processes, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis. Create engaging email content and design templates that resonate with our target audience. Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and email marketing software, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate email campaigns with other initiatives, such as webinars, product launches, and content marketing efforts. Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine and optimize our email marketing efforts. Lead and mentor a team of email marketing specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of driving results and managing complex campaigns. Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, tools, and metrics. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid). Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that drive engagement. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools to assess campaign effectiveness. Ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
