Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced EHS Manager to lead and manage our environmental, health, and safety programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with all relevant EHS regulations, fostering a culture of safety, and implementing initiatives to protect our employees, the environment, and company assets. Role & responsibilities Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Provide EHS training and resources to employees at all levels. Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics to senior management. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and ensure proper reporting and corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into operational activities. Manage environmental programs, including waste management, hazardous materials handling, and sustainability initiatives. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all EHS-related activities. Preferred candidate profile BE/B.Tech/Diploma in any stream and Certification in Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or similar certifications are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Proven ability to analyse data, conduct risk assessments, and develop effective safety programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management software.
