Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and oversee electrical engineering projects within thermal power plants. Provide technical expertise in BTG (Boiler, Turbine, Generator) and BOP (Balance of Plant) sections. Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and implement electrical design standards and specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Optimize plant performance and efficiency through electrical enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements Technical Skills Expertise in BTG and BOP sections of thermal power plants. In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the Power/Energy industry. Strong analytical skills to assess and improve plant performance. Qualifications Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience 12-18 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry.
