Job Description

Purpose of the Job/Job Overview This role is responsible for generating and enhancing the sales of our products in other countries. He/She must make sure that the products are made available in the international markets by analyzing the trends of the customers and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs. Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities To connect and appoint distributors/importers/B2B clients across the world and targeted countries. To ensure that sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales. Organizing licenses and other legal requirements for our products in export markets. Managing administration, such as orders, contracts, and export documents. To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities. To constantly review distributor/importer's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the Management. In addition to the above, attend meetings with other companies to negotiate, in order to assist in the overall growth and development of the organization. Carry out market research, conduct surveys, and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies. Based on this, make new plans that will help the organization to race ahead in the competition by prioritizing the target countries. Also, actively participate in training sessions to improvise knowledge and skills. Attend trade shows and exhibitions. Essential Qualifications / Experience Education: Graduate (any stream) MBA (Mktg) as a qualification would be a plus-point. Experience: 10 Years Relevant experience of export sales in the automobile industry of conventional 2-wheeler. Possesses the traits of being an extrovert and strong networking skills. Ability to forge, build and maintain customer relationships, developing new frontiers in sales. Ability to connect with people across teams & levels. Must-have: Graduate Computer-savvy (MS-Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Willingness to travel extensively Could-have: Experience of export sales in Electric 2-wheeler will be an added advantage. MBA (Mktg / International Business) as a qualification would be a plus-point. Knowledge of foreign languages will be a bonus.
