Job Description

Lead the Compliance & employee relation strategy ensuring all the Labour laws compliances, employee grievances, disciplinary issues are addressed in accordance with applicable rules and acts • Ensure adherence to all relevant Labour laws and any other central, state, or local regulations affecting employment/ business operations industry applicable to VRKP group • Responsible for conducting periodic Labour laws compliance & HR processes (like recruitment, employee records management, training, compensation, Performance management, employee on boarding & Exit etc.) audits to identify gaps and closure of the same. • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that ensure legal compliance and align with company culture. • Build & maintain central depository of documentation for all compliance & IR related activities • Represent & liaison with regulatory authorities and local bodies as needed • Responsible to manage all manpower contractor and HR service vendor contract lifecycle management i.e. from finalization of contract , invoice validation/verification till payments. • Lead compliance/IR or any HR business projects as assigned from time to time • Conducting regular meetings with employee/managers/management stake holders to understand their challenges and business priorities and collaborate to execute the action plans accordingly • Oversee the accurate and timely reporting of HR compliance data to management, government agencies, and external stakeholders. • Prepare and submit employee relations & compliance-related reports to ensure that the company remains in good standing with government regulations • Proficient in HRIS and compliance management software
