Also should have handled Leadership hiring Should be Good in Performancement Management System & Appraisals Should be Good in Payroll and Compensation Management and related statutory requirements Should have handled design of HR related policies and processes Should have handled Training and Development of people Should have handled Rewards and Recognitions Should have Excellent English Communications and Interpersonal skills Should have interacted with Senior Management team Should have handled all the Disciplinary process Our client prefer the candidate who can join in a week's time.
