Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a minimum of 8 years of HR experience to align HR strategies with business goals. The HRBP will play a crucial role in Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. This role requires a proactive and hands-on professional who can drive HR initiatives and foster a high-performance work culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Partnership Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structure. Drive a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement. 2. Performance Management System (PMS) Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the Performance Management System. Partner with managers to set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and create development plans. Drive performance-based reward and recognition programs. Analyze PMS data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 3. Talent Management & Acquisition Collaborate with hiring managers to develop workforce plans and recruitment strategies. Support talent retention, career development, and leadership programs. Drive employee capability enhancement through training and skill development programs. 4. Employee Relations & Compliance Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. 6. Compensation & Benefits Work closely with HR leadership to develop competitive compensation structures. Ensure alignment with industry benchmarks and internal pay equity. Drive employee benefits programs that enhance employee well-being. 7. HR Analytics & Reporting Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement scores, and performance data to drive strategic decisions. Present HR dashboards and reports to leadership for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5years in an HRBP role. Strong expertise in Performance Management, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement. Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and labor laws. Hands-on experience in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
