We are looking for a Senior Manager in Strategic Sourcing who can lead the development, cost management, and timely delivery of key EV components (batteries, chargers, motors, etc.) for new models. The ideal candidate will oversee supplier selection, price negotiation, cost optimization, and ensure product quality and on-time launch. The role also involves managing mass production costs, tooling development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Execute the development & commercial settlement of EV Category part to ensure the timely availability of sample/part as per upcoming model requirements EV part (Li-ion battery, charger, Motor, controller, BMS ,DC-DC converter, Lighting, wire harness, speedometer) Responsible for supplier selection of EV part, costing (ZBC), price finalizing & negotiation for new model & production part. Responsible for investigations of alternative materials, processes and technologies and their implementation into the business. Responsible for all Electronic & Electrical part costing revision bases on Raw material & Exchange rates in line with price revision policies offers new proposal for cost down to our management. Responsible for mass production cost settlement for category parts within budget to achieve profitability. Design freeze and part development to meet model event requirements in order to ensure timely product launch. Responsible for 2W series projects within given cost target, timeline & quality for smooth launching. Responsible for packing standard & capacity study for new models parts. Skills Required: EV Component Development & Manufacturing - Expertise in Li-ion batteries, chargers, motors, controllers, and other EV parts, along with mass production and tooling development. Supplier Management & Costing - Supplier selection, price negotiation, cost analysis (ZBC), and cost-down strategies based on raw materials and exchange rates. Project & Product Lifecycle Management - Managing part development, design freeze, quality compliance, and ensuring timely product launches within budget. Technology & Process Optimization - Investigating and implementing alternative materials, new technologies, and process improvements for efficiency. Stakeholder Coordination & Negotiation - Collaborating with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and management while handling cost settlements, pricing revisions, and supplier negotiations. Experience: 12- 15 years of experience in the similar field.
