Job Title: Senior Manager – Luxury Bespoke Sales Location: NCR (Delhi/NCR Region) Experience: 5–7 Years Industry Preference: Luxury Segment (Interior Decoration/Art/Related Industries) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – Luxury Bespoke Sales to join our team in NCR. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of proven success in luxury segment sales, with strong, established relationships within the luxury space. Preference will be given to candidates from the interior decoration, art, or related luxury backgrounds, with a deep understanding of bespoke solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for luxury bespoke services/products to target high-net-worth individuals and luxury clients. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with existing and new clients within the luxury space. Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and offer tailored solutions, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create and deliver personalized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of bespoke offerings. Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within the luxury market segment and exceeding sales targets. Stay up-to-date with market trends and emerging luxury products, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of the industry. Lead and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Key Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in luxury segment sales, with a focus on bespoke or personalized products/services. Strong existing relationships within the luxury market, particularly in interior decoration, art, or related industries. A deep understanding of high-end clients' expectations and a proven track record of sales success in the luxury segment. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly customer-oriented with a flair for delivering bespoke solutions that exceed client expectations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex sales processes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Art, or a related field (Master's degree or related qualifications preferred).
