Senior Sales Manager (Luxury) Responsibilities : - Delivered convincing oral sales presentation to potential clients and investors. - Researched luxury properties pricing trends and made appropriate pricing recommendation to clients. - Effectively market the community through the development of a leads base and selling the community through discovering, presenting and closing qualified leads. - Assisting Buyers with the customizing and selection of their new home and site. - Assisting buyers with the financing of their new home purchase. - Able to handle work load, work as one team, taking quick decisions, can manage team, drawing conclusion. - Maintain relationship with new and existing client for referrals. - Monitor customer satisfaction, address issues, and provide solutions Requirements : - Experience between 5-8 in the real estate industry in Mumbai Market - Exposure to handling HNI customers and closing sales of ticket sizes of 7Cr++ Preference - Female Candidates
