The Strategic Alliances Partnership Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that drive growth and provide added value to our customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in forming successful partnerships within the SaaS or technology space. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to define the companys partnership strategy and objectives. Identify and prioritize potential partners based on alignment with company goals, market trends, and customer needs. Develop and implement strategy and framework to support large transformational pursuit Strategic Consulting Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning for appropriate products and solutions Partnership Identification and Outreach: Research and identify potential partners, including SaaS companies, technology providers, industry influencers, and complementary service providers. Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision- makers at potential partner organizations. Develop and execute outreach campaigns to establish initial contact and explore collaboration opportunities. Partnership Negotiation and Contracting: Lead partnership negotiations, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure mutually beneficial terms and agreements. Create and manage partnership contracts, outlining responsibilities, goals, and expectations for both parties. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Proven track record of at least 7+ years in strategic partnership management within the SaaS or Enterprise or B2B industry. Excellent understanding of SaaS business models, market trends, and competitive landscape. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to successful outcomes. Proficiency in CRM and project management tools. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
