Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Manager – Offline Marketing and Event Coordination. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing offline marketing strategies, coordinating and managing events, building relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing marketing activities. The role also includes supervising the execution of marketing plans, ensuring brand consistency, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Oversight & Leadership a. Hire, Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional Event Coordinators deployed across multiple cities. b. Ensure clear delegation of responsibilities and KPIs aligned with project goals. c. Act as the primary escalation point for all field execution issues. 2. Strategic Planning & Execution Oversight a. Coordinate the pan-India event calendar and rollout strategy in collaboration with brand and operations teams. b. Ensure alignment of all field activities with campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines. c. Monitor daily/weekly status of activations and step in to troubleshoot operational delays or inefficiencies. 3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting a. Design and implement standard reporting formats for daily, weekly, and monthly activity updates. b. Track event KPIs: footfall, engagement, participation, conversion metrics, and regional performance. c. Provide analytical summaries and insights to senior leadership on campaign impact and ROI. 4. Vendor & Logistics Coordination a. Oversee procurement and logistics support for events including branding materials, props, sports kits, technical equipment, etc. b. Work with procurement team to finalize vendors for pan-India delivery and activation logistics. c. Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and timely vendor payments. 5. Budget & Compliance Management a. Track regional expenditures and ensure budget adherence across activations. b. Review bills, validate invoices submitted by field teams, and ensure alignment with pre-approved costs. c. Implement control measures to avoid operational and financial leakages. 6. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication a. Liaise between on-ground teams and internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, creative, and finance). b. Ensure all teams are informed of real-time developments, challenges, and changes in event schedules or plans. c. Represent field team performance in management meetings and reviews. 7. Quality Assurance & Brand Standards a. Monitor implementation to ensure that each event meets brand guidelines and delivers high-quality experience to the audience. b. Conduct random audits or field visits to verify execution standards. c. Lead debriefs after each major activation or regional campaign. 8. Process & Documentation a. Develop SOPs for on-ground event execution, crisis management, and reporting. b. Maintain a centralized database of event photos, videos, permissions, and other documentation for future reference and audit purposes. 9. Technology Utilization a. Use project management tools or platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Google Workspace) for task tracking and coordination. b. Ensure team adoption of real-time reporting apps, geo-tagging, and feedback collection platforms. 10. Training & Development a. Identify training needs for regional event staff and coordinate workshops or virtual training sessions. b. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving across teams. Qualifications Event Planning, Event Coordination, and Venue Management skills Offline Marketing, Brand Management, and Promotional Campaigns experience Strong Project Management and Organizational skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely Experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or business solutions industry Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Show more Show less
