Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Healthcare Services division in Hyderabad. This leadership role is critical to ensuring the seamless delivery of Occupational Health Centers (OHCs) and ambulance services to our corporate clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare operations, client relationship management, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Satisfaction Liaise with corporate clients to understand their healthcare needs Ensure consistent high satisfaction levels with OHC and ambulance service delivery Strategic Planning & Operations Develop and implement long-term strategies for scalable, cost-effective services Set and track operational KPIs for OHCs and ambulance services Ensure ambulance service readiness for rapid deployment in emergencies Financial Stewardship & Optimization Identify cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality Contribute to pricing strategies for corporate healthcare offerings Team Leadership Provide mentorship and direction to departmental managers and support teams Manage performance reviews and support career growth for direct reports Collaboration & Alignment Partner with senior leadership to align service goals with broader company strategy Lead cross-functional collaboration to streamline operations Operational Excellence Oversee day-to-day operations of all OHCs and ambulance stations Ensure optimal resource allocation and staff distribution across facilities Implement and monitor quality management systems to uphold healthcare standards Who You Are A healthcare operations leader with 10-20 years of experience, preferably in emergency services, hospital administration, or corporate wellness delivery Demonstrated success in managing client-facing roles and driving service excellence Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities Exceptional leadership and people management skills Proven ability to manage complex operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Apply over the link for a quick call from HR team:: https://forms.gle/u4BTJTmauwtuja3J9
