Job Description

Mission: The Senior Manager - Partner Management will oversee and manage the success of our franchisee partners from onboarding to account management. This role focuses on ensuring quality assurance, providing training and development, and fostering strong partner engagement. Deliverables: Partner Onboarding Partner Account Management Quality Assurance Partner Engagement Responsibilities : Partner Onboarding: Manage the smooth onboarding of franchisee partners along with the business team as per defined Onboarding checklist. Ensure all necessary documentation, agreements, and screening criteria other compliance requirements are met. Conduct initial orientation sessions to familiarize partners with company protocols, systems, and expectations. Partner Account Management: Maintain regular communication and connect activities with partners to address concerns and provide support. Monitor partner performance every month against set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and feedback. Develop and implement strategies to improve partner performance and satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits as per the checklist to ensure franchisee partners adhere to quality standards and organization compliance Implement corrective actions and preventive initiatives based on audit findings. Ensure compliance with NABL and company-specific standards. Training and Development: Identify training needs based on ASK framework and organize development programs for franchisee partners. Update training materials to reflect the latest industry standards and company procedures. Conduct periodic refresher training to keep partners updated on best practices. Partner Engagement: Develop and execute quarterly engagement plans to build strong relationships with partners. Organize regular meetings, workshops, and events to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve partner support and satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in franchisee or partner management, preferably within the healthcare, retail, or service industries. Strong project management skills, with experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Proficiency in oral written communications. Exceptional leadership and management skills. Effective organizational skills.
