Requirements 7+ years of experience in performance marketing , with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets and delivering strong business results. Hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and audience segmentation . Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager , and data visualization platforms. Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a high-performance culture. Strong understanding of funnel marketing, retargeting strategies, and digital attribution models . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience in the travel or e-commerce industry is a plus. ","
