Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to oversee our company's purchasing operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of procurement process. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and efficiency. Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and pricing. Assess and manage supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Analyze market trends and risks to make informed purchasing decisions. Oversee procurement budget and report cost savings initiatives. Maintain accurate records of procurement processes, contracts, and supplier performance. Lead and develop the procurement team to improve efficiency and productivity. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 7 years in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles, preferably in real estate industry Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Knowledge of sourcing strategies, market trends, and risk assessment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
