Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring raw materials such as steel (all grades), machined parts, bars, pipes, and tubes used in the manufacturing of machining components. The role involves developing supplier relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining inventory levels, and achieving cost efficiencies while adhering to quality and compliance standards. Preferred candidate profile 10-15 years of experience in raw material procurement for machining components or heavy fabrication industries. Strong knowledge of materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and related machining standards. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Familiarity with ISO standards and vendor evaluation processes.
