Job Title: Senior Manager-Revenue Cycle Management Location: Bengaluru/ Bangalore Job Summary: The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes within a dental startup organization. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of billing and coding specialists, ensuring they meet performance metrics and quality standards, and ensure compliance with billing and coding regulations for multiple dental offices in the U.S. Role & responsibilities Supervise daily operations: Manage the billing, coding, and collection processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue capture Manage and mentor a team of RCM professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's success and growth. Ensure client's SLA is met including service delivery, timely report, and quality control. Ensure monthly invoice details of the project is sent to the Accounts department. Planning adequate staff and technical support for all the process. Optimize financial processes by providing admin support to healthcare offices in the U.S. Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance to senior management Lead efforts to scale RCM services, ensuring alignment with broader healthcare initiatives. Conduct financial data analysis to inform decision-making and report on financial performance. Design and optimize systems for eligibility verification, billing, collections, payment posting & credentialing of providers. Oversee the integration and implementation of any applicable software and evolving technologies. Ensure compliance with HIPPA regulations, standards, and updates related to billing, coding, and insurance. Collaborate with leadership and administrative staff to align revenue cycle strategies with organizational goals. Preferred candidate profile Master's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. Bachelors Degree in Medicine/Dentistry/Pharmacy/Ayurveda/Homeopathy/any healthcare related majors 8-10+ years of experience in a revenue cycle role with leadership responsibilities, ideally within a dental or healthcare organization. Proven experience in handling large teams and stakeholder management Strong knowledge of dental billing and coding, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software systems Experience in multi-specialty environments and multi-payer systems in the US, including PPO, HMO, Medicare, and Medicaid.
