Job Description

We are looking for a senior manager, R&D OEM who has experience in Design Technical Service Overall Lab activities Key Responsibilities: Lead R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Develop and implement short- and long-term R&D strategies aligned with market trends and company goals. Oversee experimental design, prototype development, testing, and validation of new products or technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Marketing, Quality, and Manufacturing. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team. Manage R&D budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality norms, and intellectual property considerations. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive future innovation. Mentor and develop R&D staff to build a high-performing team. Other requirements: Work ex: 12+ years ( somewhat less is also fine if the candidate is strong) Team handling experience is a must. (at-least 20) Clients handled : Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Toyota, etc. Location : Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate Walk-in interview : Virtually / F2F at the company given location
