Job Description

About the Role: We’re hiring a Senior Manager – Secondary Sales Automation to lead and drive digital transformation in secondary sales processes. This role is pivotal in managing our Distribution Management System (DMS) , automating sales processes, and building a seamless interface across our sales tech stack. Key Responsibilities: Platform Ownership: Manage the complete lifecycle and health of the platform and related secondary sales systems. Sales Automation: Design, automate, and deploy efficient secondary sales processes to drive operational excellence. KPI Management: Drive platform usage and ensure data visibility through robust reporting and data pipelines. System Integration: Ensure seamless handshakes between Platform, SFA, Dealer App, and other connected tools. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the single point of contact for vendors and coordinate with internal teams to ensure zero downtime. Team Leadership: Lead support teams across HO, on-ground teams, and call centers. Master Data Custodian: Monitor, analyze, and ensure accuracy of secondary sales data with regular dipstick checks. Process Ownership: Manage Auto-Replenishment processes for distributors and scheme management for the secondary system. Who We’re Looking For: Experience: 6+ years in FMCG with full Business Manager (BM) or Area Sales Manager (ASM) stint. Background: Proven experience in GTM transformation projects like Sales Force Automation, DMS expansion, Distribution Development, etc. Education: MBA from a top-tier B-school.
