With a strong legacy of innovation and a commitment to providing natural and effective solutions for animal health, Indian Herbs is at the forefront of herbal veterinary care. Function: Sales Marketing Reporting to: General Manager (Sales Marketing) His Direct Reports- Regional/Zonal Heads Sales Team Travel: Extensive, as a significant part of the role Headquarters: Noida Required Qualification: B.Sc MBA Experience: 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in sales of medicines and feed supplements in the cattle sector Languages Required: English, Hindi, and local languages Budget: 12 to 15 lakh CTC per annum (flexible for deserving exceptional candidates) Position Description The Senior Manager - Sales will drive the sales and marketing strategies of the company s products across designated territories in India. The role requires strong leadership to guide the regional/zonal sales teams, ensuring consistent business growth, customer engagement, and effective market penetration while upholding the company s commitment to innovation in herbal veterinary solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Provide leadership and direction to Regional/Zonal Heads and sales teams . Ensure strategic product placement with competitive pricing and customer alignment. Conduct technical training and support for the sales team and customers. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, veterinarians, and large farmers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for business decisions. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns .
