Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment & selection process for the assigned zone Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and campus outreach Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the offer and onboarding process Act as a strategic HR partner to the business, executing local engagement initiatives Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports Requirements: 10 years of experience in recruitment with a strong focus on volume hiring and frontline sales roles Hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes Sound knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively MBA/Postgraduate in HR from a reputed institute preferred What's in it for you?
