Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and seasoned HR Professional for our new upcoming projects in the role of Senior Manager/Manager- HR. The ideal candidate should be strong background in HR with a minimum 10+ years of working experience in the textile industry, preferably in the apparel industry. "Candidates Should be from Erode, Salem, Tirupur, Coimbatore & Madurai Location". "We require candidates those who are willing to relocate to Erode & Madurai Location". Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end HR functions with a focus on manpower management in the garment industry. • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance. • Develop HR strategies that align with business objectives. • Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances. • Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and industry standards. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Requirements: • Postgraduate degree in HR/IR/PM/ MBA-HR/MSW/MLM - (Regular Only) • Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Textile/Manufacturing Industry.
