Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities 1. Plan and execute exhibitions, conferences, and seminars. Coordinate with vendors for setup and logistics. Manage pre-event promotion, event day execution, and post-event follow-up. Handle internal events including celebrations, town halls, and workshops. 2. Channel Partner Support: Provide marketing support for seminars, exhibitions, and events conducted by channel partners. Manage distribution of marketing materials to partners and clients. 3. Internal Communications: Handle communication needs for internal departments. Manage studio operations for internal content creation and distribution. 4. Conduct webinars: preparation, promotion, execution, and follow-up. 5. Advertising & Promotion: Oversee magazine and directory advertisements. Work closely with design and media teams for artwork requirements. Handle press releases 6. Handle day-to-day vendor coordination, including negotiation, monitoring, and invoice processing. 7. Marketing Collaterals & Communications: Develop and manage marketing materials (brochures, posters, emailers). Collaborate with internal teams to meet artwork and communication needs. Manage year-end marketing activities such as calendars, diaries, and greeting cards. Distribute CRM-based marketing attributes, if applicable. 8. Vendor & Studio Management: Monitor vendor performance and manage on a day-to-day basis. Negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Handle sourcing and procurement for company uniforms and gifts. 9. CRM & Customer Engagement: Support CRM activities, including data collection and entry. Assist with customer relationship management and database maintenance. Develop and manage CRM marketing attributes.
