Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning : Develop and implement quarterly marketing strategies across digital, offline, and experiential channels. Cultural Storytelling : Create campaigns that share the rich Burmese heritage behind our brand. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns. Digital & Data-Driven Marketing : Oversee digital strategy, leveraging Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and data analysis to optimize results. Creative Campaigns : Conceptualize innovative marketing initiatives for product launches, collaborations, and special events. Public Relations & Events : Manage media relations, PR, and events to promote the brand. Budget & Reporting : Manage budgets and provide timely reporting on campaign performance and future recommendations. Qualifications: 8+ years of marketing experience in the lifestyle sector, preferably in F&B or hospitality. Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign execution. Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data and performance metrics. Ability to craft culturally resonant marketing strategies and creative campaigns. Travel : Short trips to Burma Burma Restaurants in NCR, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata & Bangalore may be on the cards, now and then.
