The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple stakeholders, driving innovation, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Job Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai Department: Marketing Key Responsibilities and Attributes: 1. Marketing/Campaign Effectiveness: Drive marketing campaigns to ensure high ROI. Oversee campaign ideation, budgeting, execution, and optimization. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and achieve results proportionate to goals. 2. Campaign Management: Lead campaign ideation, budgeting, execution, and optimization processes. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns with measurable results. 3. Data Analysis Reporting: Regularly analyze performance metrics. Provide comprehensive reports to track progress and impact. 4. Agency Performance Review and Plan: Collaborate with external agencies to align with organizational goals. Conduct regular reviews of agency deliverables to ensure quality and effectiveness. 5. Vendor Relationship Management: Strengthen and enhance relationships with vendors. Manage vendor contracts and performance. 6. Original Thinking and Process Improvement: Foster innovation and creative problem-solving within the team. Implement new ideas to enhance sales, campaign effectiveness, and overall process improvement. 7. Initiative and New Ideas: Encourage and capture innovative ideas from the team. Demonstrate new approaches that lead to better outcomes in campaigns or processes. 8. Client Review: Handle client reviews and resolve conflicts. Ensure regular updates on account progress and status. 9. Business Development: Contribute to business development presentations and cluster sign-ups. Ensure success in securing new business opportunities. 10. Team Management: Oversee and coordinate activities of team members to achieve organizational goals. Provide leadership and direction to the team. Monitor team performance and provide motivation and development. Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity. Foster strong internal relationships to support team and organizational success.
