Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 8 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Senior Marketing Manager to drive the growth of inbound sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and evaluating both online and offline marketing initiatives that align with the company's brand identity and business goals. Your primary focus will be to build a consistent and compelling brand presence across multiple channels. To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics, a strong understanding of B2B marketing, and a creative mindset that can transform ideas into high-performing campaigns. Prior experience with large-scale SaaS-based or cloud-based software companies is highly preferred. Requirements Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive awareness and generate qualified leads. Adhere to a well-defined content/editorial calendar and implement content marketing processes including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, infographics, and reports. Manage the brand's presence across all major social media platforms. Analyze marketing trends and campaign performance to optimize strategy and budget allocation. Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages and optimize digital user experiences. Experiment with and manage a range of acquisition channels including SEO, PPC, social media, events, email marketing, content creation, and lead generation campaigns. Create compelling content that attracts, engages, and converts the target audience across website and blog. Engage with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to promote brand visibility and manage PR initiatives. Support event planning and execution including coordination with vendors, event managers, and design teams for collateral. Use analytics tools to assess customer journey and optimize marketing efforts across various touchpoints. Stay current with emerging technologies and marketing innovations; recommend and lead adoption where relevant. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Arts, Commerce, Science, or Technology. 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech environments. Solid understanding of content marketing platforms (e.g., WordPress) and conversion-driven content strategies. Experience with marketing automation, account-based marketing (ABM), and funnel analytics. Proven expertise in running SEO/SEM, email, social media, display ads, and other performance-based campaigns. Strong ability to design and implement campaigns across channels that engage and convert target audiences. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, or similar platforms. Excellent sense of design, copywriting, and creative communication. Experience in PR, corporate communications, content strategy, or event management is a plus. Comfortable working in a high-speed, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
