Job Title: Senior Marketplace Manager Company: Miko Location: Mumbai, India (Preferred) About the Role: Miko is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketplace Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing and scaling marketplaces, especially on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms. This role will require you to manage Mikos marketplace accounts in India, US, UK, EU, Middle East (ME), and Singapore (SG). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, optimizing profitability, and executing successful strategies across multiple marketplaces in a fast-paced, global environment. As the Senior Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, managing ad campaigns, ensuring supply chain efficiencies, and driving overall growth on Amazon and other key platforms. Youll work closely with cross functional teams to execute Mikos broader business strategy while ensuring excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketplace Strategy & Expansion: o Develop and implement comprehensive marketplace strategies to maximize revenue and market share for Mikos products across India, the US, UK, EU, ME, and SG. o Conduct regional market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform strategy. o Lead the expansion of Mikos products into new marketplaces, ensuring seamless entry and growth in diverse regions. 2. P&L Ownership & Performance Management: o Manage the P&L for marketplaces across all regions, driving sales growth while maintaining cost efficiencies. o Optimize pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize ROI while balancing competitive pricing, margins, and profitability. o Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to adjust strategies as needed and ensure maximum profitability. 3. Advertising & Campaign Management: o Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, AMS, etc.) to drive brand visibility and sales. o Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple regions, reducing ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale) while increasing conversions and sales. o Collaborate with marketing teams to align marketplace advertising with global marketing initiatives. 4. Product Listings & Content Optimization: o Ensure all product listings are fully optimized with high-quality images, copy, and keyword-rich descriptions to maximize discoverability and conversion. o Lead the localization of product listings for regional markets, ensuring accurate translations and compliance with local marketplace rules and regulations. o Implement SEO best practices and optimize product content for better rankings on each marketplace. 5. Inventory & Supply Chain Management: o Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory is managed efficiently, preventing stockouts or excess stock. o Develop demand forecasting strategies to support inventory planning and minimize delays in product availability. o Optimize fulfillment strategies, including leveraging Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP), and other regional fulfillment options. 6. Customer Experience & Brand Reputation: o Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all marketplaces. o Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring Mikos products maintain high ratings and positive feedback. o Implement strategies to red Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
