Job Description

1. Product Design and Development 2. Automatic train door system design 3. Door Drive and their components & accessories, Pneumatic control unit, Door leaf and their components, Door Lock Assembly. Responsibilities: Product Design and Development: Design and develop automatic train door systems, including the door drive, components, accessories, pneumatic control unit, door leaf, and door lock assembly. Ensure that designs meet functional, performance, safety, and reliability requirements. Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly. Door Drive and Components: Design and develop door drive mechanisms, including gearboxes, motors, and actuators. Select and specify appropriate components and accessories, such as sensors, limit switches, and seals. Ensure that the door drive system is efficient, reliable, and easy to maintain. Pneumatic Control Unit: Design and develop pneumatic control systems for the train door system. Select and specify appropriate pneumatic components, such as valves, cylinders, and filters. Ensure that the pneumatic control system is safe, reliable, and easy to operate. Door Leaf and Components: Design and develop door leaves, including panels, frames, and seals. Select and specify appropriate materials and finishes for the door leaf. Ensure that the door leaf is durable, weatherproof, and easy to clean. Door Lock Assembly: Design and develop door lock assemblies, including latches, locks, and handles. Ensure that the door lock assembly is secure, reliable, and easy to operate. Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of the train door system to ensure that it meets all design requirements. Identify and address any design or manufacturing defects.
