Job Title: Senior MEP BIM Modeller Company: Future Gen Technologies Location: KPHB, Hyderabad Experience: 3 to 5 Years Project Type: UK & US-based Projects Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Future Gen Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior MEP BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team in KPHB, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 45 years of experience in MEP modelling using Revit MEP, strong coordination skills, and exposure to international projects, especially from the UK and US. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage detailed MEP BIM models using Revit MEP for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems. • Coordinate with other disciplines (Architectural, Structural) to ensure seamless integration of MEP services. • Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues. • Interpret design drawings and specifications to create accurate and constructible MEP models. • Follow and enforce BIM standards and workflows set by the company. • Attend internal coordination meetings and provide technical support to team members. • Mentor junior modellers and assist project leads in execution. Required Skills: • Proficient in Revit MEP and Navisworks. • Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing). • Experience working on UK and US projects preferred. • Good communication and team collaboration skills. • Attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Qualifications: • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling for MEP.
