Job Description

Creating detailed MEP & HVAC Modular Support drawings based on project specifications, sketches, and guidelines. Coordinating with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings. Review and modify drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Prepare material take-offs and assist in quantity estimation for Modular Support components. Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, structural) from client side to integrate modular support systems into overall project design. Maintain drawing files and documentation for future reference and revisions. Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in MEP drafting. Requirements Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/ Piping Engineering or ITI/ NCTVT - Mechanical Draftsman 2-3 years of relevant experience in MEP Drafting or related field Shall be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, or similar drafting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
