This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications using the latest technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to design and develop full-stack solutions that align with business objectives. As a technical leader, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, ensuring high standards of code quality, and driving best practices across the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using .NET, .NET Core, and MVC frameworks Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions Implement best practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD) , CI/CD , and secure coding principles Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing applications for performance and scalability Stay updated on the latest trends in full-stack development and contribute to technology adoption initiatives Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to promote collaboration and transparency Prepare technical documentation and status reports for stakeholders Requirements Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in .NET full-stack development Strong expertise in .NET, .NET Core, MVC , and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks Experience working with Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines Solid experience with REST API development and microservices architecture Proficiency with Git and version control workflows Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers Key Skills .NET, .NET Core, MVC REST APIs & Microservices Azure Cloud & DevOps Git & Version Control Agile/Scrum Methodologies Front-end (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) Leadership & Mentoring CI/CD & TDD Practices Why Join NCG?
