Background: TAS is a 100 engineers self sufficient strong team with skill base in product development, embedded systems, Industrial and Buildings automation project implementation and fully equipped in providing IOT solutions/IOT services/Platform development (ADVAIT is TAS's own platform that is deployable in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud ) and IT applications. TAS has impressive solution footprint in Industrial sector, and we would like to extend this domain expertise to wider and diversified customer base. This position shall our customers Globally and is based out of India. In the last year we have secured multiple contracts in US and Europe and Far east and are well on way to triple the work volume in Year two ! We look to continue expanding our application development team extending Tridium product line into new verticals that includes Manufacturing/Renewables where we have a strong customer base. We strongly believe that Tridium is a very versatile and forward platform for which many a capabilities have still not been exploited well. We are focusing on more out of Tridium. Look for our key offering in Industrial domain in the US later this year ! We are also working on improving controls engineering practices around Data center migrations and implementation by adopting Industrial automation discipline in a highly process centric and standardized method of engineering. Responsibilities of the Engineer we are looking for. Will Design and Implement solutions and lead team in the area of Data Centers and Semi industrial Vertical and sectors. Supports sales in sales estimates, providing Customer clarifications on solutions proposed. Deliver solutions by engaging with product development teams and SME's at TAS, Tridium's Tech Support teams, Leadership at TAS and customers. We are looking for a strong Engineering Lead. Qualifications Our leadership team is absolutely hands on. We are looking for a resource skilled at Tridium family controllers and head ends programming (configuration). Must be well versed with the HVAC and Building management systems as they work in the US/Canada and Europe (these are distinctly different from those in Asia) and in Data center area. We are looking for a Proactive and passionate Individual. A strong learner. Creator. One who truly cares about the customers, particularly an individual who apart from delivering the work commitments makes his team great. Must have Experience in Designing in office environment and then Implementing Tridium systems in Design and Implementation environment for 4 to 6 years as minimum. Must have Passion for controls systems. Must be process centric and must have worked with Global customers (Either US or Europe based).
