We’re reimagining the fresh produce supply chain by sourcing directly from mandis and farmers, replenishing dark stores multiple times a day, and handling all quality control and packing just before delivery. 🎯 Role Overview As Senior Operations Manager , you’ll lead end-to-end daily ops across our dark stores, last-mile logistics, supply chain workflows, and inventory systems. You’ll be directly responsible for maintaining daily execution excellence , driving efficiency , and building scalable SOPs as we expand across multiple delivery zones. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day operations across dark stores: inbound, inventory, packing, dispatch, delivery Manage sourcing schedules and vendor coordination for F&V SKUs Implement and refine SOPs for quality control, shelf-life tracking, and order accuracy Hire, train, and manage ground staff and delivery teams Drive metrics around order SLA, fulfillment rate, wastage %, and customer complaints Work closely with tech/product to identify and close operational gaps with tooling Support expansion to new zones and replicate playbooks at scale ✅ What We’re Looking For 4–8 years of experience in ops-heavy environments (e.g., q-commerce, warehousing, last-mile logistics, food delivery, fresh supply chains) Strong understanding of perishables, F&V logistics, or time-sensitive fulfillment preferred Hands-on leadership style with a bias for execution and team management Comfort with data-driven decision-making and ops dashboards Exposure to early-stage, fast-paced startup environments is a plus 🚀 Why Join Us?
