Required Senior Operations Manager for a Facility Management Company for Kerala region (Location: Kochi). Should have good experience in Facility Management industry. Should be able to handle the clients, both residential and commercial sites. Should be an Engineering graduate (Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering). Should have good experience in technical services and soft (housekeeping) services. Should be able to resource manpower and manage manpower.
