Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team in India, supporting our USA-based medical recruitment sector. The ideal candidate will provide full support in handling payroll queries, processing payroll, and creating contractor margin reports. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage payroll operations in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and financial reporting for our global team. Responsibilities: Payroll Queries Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from staff. Weekly Payroll Processing Process weekly payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Contractor Margin Reports Create and maintain contractor margin reports by analyzing costs, fees, and related expenses to assess profitability and provide actionable insights for business decision. Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required. Certification in Payroll (CIPP or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within the medical recruitment sector or similar industries. Proven experience in handling payroll queries with a high level of accuracy. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and tax regulations and working with such systems as software such as ADP, Paychex, etc. Proven experience processing high volumes of data efficiently and accurately. Experience in managing and generating contractor margin reports. Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup). Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders across different regions.
