Level: Manager About the Role: We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer who wish to grow in their career and lead a team who will be managing a team of developers and ensure timely delivery of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core PHP and related technologies alongside proven leadership and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Build or bring your team. (Very important. You will be proving your ability to be a team leader by bringing other junior and senior developers and/or BA as you join and over time. This ability of yours proves how you are considered by other people in your world and if people love to work with you and be in your team.) - Mentor team members and manage performance reviews. - Lead and manage a team of 57 PHP developers juniors and freshers). - Plan, execute, and deliver 50100 small to mid-sized projects a year, along with 34 big projects and 1 large-scale project parallelly. - Oversee project timelines and quality and ensure on-time delivery. - Bring your A-Game in everythinghiring, building your own team, improving processes, bringing ideas with your experience to the table, mentoring and/or training, and leading your team. Thriving for goals and achieving them as a true leader and as a team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions. Required Skills: - Core PHP (hardcore experience). - Strong knowledge of MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. - Experience managing a team of developers and working on multiple simultaneous projects. - Proficient in both written and verbal English communication. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: BSc / BCA / Msc. 5+ years of experience as a PHP developer. Very good at coding. 1+ years of experience managing a team. Very good at building team of juniors, leading team, and if you love the culture of Do what ever it takes to complete the tasks at hand responsibly.
