Job Overview : We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of developers while leading the development of scalable PHP-based applications. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in full-stack development. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code. - Design, develop, and maintain complex PHP applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product features and project timelines. - Oversee code reviews, ensure optimal performance, and troubleshoot issues. - Manage project resources, timelines, and priorities. - Drive knowledge-sharing and support junior developers. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Expertise in PHP (PHP 7+), PHP frameworks (Laravel), and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Strong experience with MySQL, APIs (REST, SOAP), and version control (Git). - Proven leadership in guiding a team and delivering projects on time. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Education & Experience : - 5+ years of PHP development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
