Profile Summary:A seasoned Senior Planning Engineer with a civil engineering background and over 8-15 years of experience in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling large-scale industrial and data center projects across Pan India locations.Core Competencies:Project Planning & Scheduling (Primavera P6 / MS Project)Industrial & Data Center Project ExpertiseBaseline Program DevelopmentResource & Cost LoadingProgress Measurement & ReportingDelay Analysis & Mitigation PlanningClient & Stakeholder CoordinationRisk Management & Recovery PlanningSubcontractor Interface ManagementEarned Value Management (EVM)Civil Engineering Execution KnowledgeKey Responsibilities:Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones and construction sequences.Prepare and update Level 1 to Level 4 schedules in line with client requirements.Analyze critical paths, monitor project performance, and proactively suggest recovery plans in case of delays.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to maintain the accuracy of the project timeline.Generate look-ahead schedules, S-curve reports, and resource histograms to support effective decision-making.Lead weekly/monthly planning reviews and progress meetings with clients and contractors.Prepare delay analysis reports using prospective/retrospective methods for EOT claims.Collaborate with cost control and procurement teams to align the schedule with the project budget and procurement plan.Industry Exposure:Data Centers (Greenfield & Retrofit Projects)Industrial Facilities (Manufacturing Plants, Warehouses, Processing Units)Turnkey EPC ProjectsSoftware Proficiency:Primavera P6, MS Project
