Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Planning Engineer located in Rajarhat. The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks associated with production planning, project control, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure effective communication throughout the project. Qualifications • Planning and Production Planning skills • Analytical Skills • Strong Communication skills • Project Control experience • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field • Experience in construction or real estate industry is a plus • Ability to work on-site in Rajarhat Preparing project schedule in MSP and tracking the progress in regular basis. •Preparing report based on submitted MIS from all site, conducting, and discussing in MIS meeting. •Quantity surveying • Reconciliation checking •Preparing Delay Analysis •Preparation and documentation of Decision management, change management etc. Study, • Review the drawings and material calculation for upcoming works. •Data preparation and submission of data and documentation for all statutory works like EC compliance, PCB, IGBC, WBFES FSC, CC application etc.. •Conducting meetings with all site representatives, contractors, consultants on a regular basis.
