Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities PLC Platforms: Experience in programming and configuring leading industrial PLC brands (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron, Allen-Bradley) PLC Languages: Proficient in IEC-standard PLC programming languages for flexible automation (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block). HMI Design: Skilled in designing operator-friendly HMI interfaces for process control. VFD & Servo Drives: Able to integrate and tune drives for precise motion and speed control. Communication Protocols: Knowledge of industrial communication for device interoperability (Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, RS485, RS232, Profinet). SCADA Systems: Good to have exposure to SCADA platforms for monitoring, data logging, and alarms. Robot Teaching: Good to have basic knowledge of robotic programming and path teaching. Laser Instruments & Vision Systems: Good to have familiarity with laser measurement and vision systems for inspection and alignment. PLC Panel Wiring Understanding: Good to have basic understanding of control panel layouts and wiring for troubleshooting. Other requirements: Willing to travel across India for client visits and on-site support. Adaptable to changing technologies, tasks, and environments. Quick learner with the ability to grasp new tools and systems swiftly. Takes on challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset. Strong team player with collaborative working skills.
