Solitaire is the growing real estate organization with its premium and luxurious commercial and residential projects across Pune & Mumbai. We are hiring for the role of Senior Plumbing Engineer for our Bibwewadi, Pune location. Skills required:- Responsibilities: Survey and evaluation of existing conditions; Attend client meetings; Development of project specifications; Design of Plumbing and Fire Protection systems; Calculation of preliminary utility loads for coordination; Development of initial Plumbing system concepts; Design of Plumbing systems; Calculation of preliminary water, gas, sanitary/sewer and storm loads for utility coordination; Develop project specifications; Performance of construction administration; Development of initial Plumbing and Fire Protection system concepts; Construction Administration; Assist with Project Management. Assist in the preparation of deliverables and products such as presentation materials, calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to heating, ventilating, fueling systems, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. Collaborate with design teams in producing HVAC and Plumbing construction drawings, studies and reportsThe ideal candidate is striving toward an independent design role, project management opportunities, and / or technical subject matter expertise Design and drafting of plumbing and drainage engineering worksConduct planning and technical feasibility study for plumbing and drainage engineering Interested candidates can apply on prafulla.dixit@solitaire.in
