Senior Manager, Procurement (IT - SaaS, Marketing & Professional services) Work Location : [24]7.ai, Prestige Platina Tech Park, Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore, Mode of work : WFO Work timings : 3 PM to 12 AM IST Qualification Required : Graduation in any stream (Preferably MBA/CPP/CPSM) Years of experience : 14-18 years Brief Description: The Senior Procurement Manager of IT / Software will be responsible for identifying and screening suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions favorable to [24]7, driving improved supplier service levels, minimizing risk while improving [24]7 business results, standardizing and automating business and procurement best practice processes for Commodities / Products & Services like DC Colo, IT Infra, Info Security, Cloud Infra, Software Subscriptions, Telco circuits and associated services, Lead generation and Marketing related services and Subscription, Professional services, Digital Media and so on... Who you are: Overall 14-18 years’ experience in a Shared Service environment with minimum 10+ years in Procurement of IT Products & Services like IT infra, Info Security, Cloud Infra, Software Subscriptions, Telco circuits and associated services, Lead generation and Marketing related services and Subscription, Professional services, Digital Media and so on... Must be from IT / ITES industry. Experience of managing Procure to pay processes & Procurement Operations of Software – SaaS, Professional services & Marketing- department . Should have acumen to prepare for negotiation and excellent negotiation skills, stakeholder management and continuous improvement mind set. Experienced in strategic sourcing and managing diverse customer base Should be highly proactive in doing consistent follow ups to drive deals to closures. Well organized and resourceful Aware of taxes, contractual clauses and other terms of commercials Should poses strong ethics. Should be foresighted, highly agile & Quick Learner Should have ability to analyze Empirical data and ability to put together historical price and terms for a repeat buy What you will do Sr. Manager will be responsible for strategic sourcing (create alternative source of supply) to buy more for less and to ensure fair supplier selection at fair value. S/he will have a keen eye - Able to examine all deals with perspective of commercial Knowledge, Taxes, Excise or other Duties for local items & Import, Custom duties, Contractual clauses (such as indemnity, liability, insurance, guarantees etc). S/he will work with Department Heads to understand bills of materials/SOW, Put together historical price and terms, Prepare for negotiation, Negotiate prices on quotes received by departments, arrange for alternative quotes if necessary to help negotiate and price benchmark, Work with stake holder and Legal team for contract finalization and issue purchase orders to vendors.
